Sejamos sinceros, o caminho das meras reclamações não nos leva a lugar algum. Precisamos mudar começando por uma profunda reflexão que nos traga a compreensão da nossa responsabilidade no processo de transformação do ambiente que vivemos. Se não conseguimos decidir começar o regime alimentar que nos tornará saudáveis, se não nos envolvemos mais ativamente nas questões políticas do nosso país, se não priorizamos a nossa vida espiritual, como romperemos esse ciclo vicioso do qual não conseguimos escapar?
